Engine is in great condition, battery recently replaced in July 2025. Two automatic slides on drivers side in good working condition. Hydraulic jacks are in good working condition. One automatic awning in good working condition. Includes a clean out for the black tank. Rear tires were replaced in July 2024, front tires are original from purchase and in good condition. Plenty of storage in living spaces, bedroom, and outdoor compartments. Includes three TV's: common living space, bedroom, and outdoor entertainment center. Bedroom includes a walk-around queen sized bed and ample storage. Upgraded glass shower door. Equipped with outside ladder and hitch for towing. Living room couch and table are equipped with seatbelts and can be converted into beds, perfect for travelling with a family.
There is normal wear and tear on the upholstery and may need to be upgraded. Screen door plastic panel is broken as well as some external storage locks from age and may need to be upgraded.
This camper has served myself and my three children very well. I am only selling because I'm looking to downsize now that my children are older.
