One owner travel trailer purchased new in January 2010. Trailer sleeps 9, total length is 31.75 feet tip to tip, box is 27 feet. One slide, 256 watts of solar. Dry weight is about 4700 lbs, GVWR/max allowed weight is about 6700 lbs. Brakes and bearings just serviced, roof checked and resealed, new awning, new 12v RV batteries, tires are Goodyear and 5 years old but I keep them covered. Fresh tank is 40 gallons, black tank is 40, and there are two gray tanks at 40 gallons each. Recent water heater replacement and oven rebuild. We are selling because we want a smaller travel trailer.
