Trailer is located in San Diego, CA. We have owned this trailer for 10 years, we are the 2nd owners. We have used it for 3 months a year as snowbirds.
We have made numerous improvements and upgrades over the years,
Including: new countertops sinks and faucets, 2way water heater, dishwasher, microwave, toilet, water pump, vinyl plank flooring, max air vent fans.
Everything is in proper working order, and ready to go.
The outside aluminum is in good shape .
The inside has aluminum walls , a twin bed front bedroom and the peninsula kitchen layout.
Heat pump a/c. Tires are 10 years old but are in good condition with around 10k miles.
