RV Description
We have owned this trailer for 10 years, we are the 2nd owners. We have used it for 3 months a year as snowbirds.
We have made numerous improvements and upgrades over the years,
Including: new countertops sinks and faucets, 2way water heater, dishwasher, microwave, toilet, water pump, vinyl plank flooring.
Everything is in proper working order, and ready to go.
The outside aluminum is in good shape with just one small dent on the upper right front panel.
The inside has aluminum walls , a twin bed front bedroom and the peninsula kitchen layout.
Heat pump a/c. Tires are 10 years old but are in good condition with around 10k miles.
