It is in Detroit Lakes, MN at the Forest Hills Golf and RV Resort. It is out in the country surrounded by oak forests and plenty of wildlife. It is the best place so spend your summers! It is on the Black Diamond Championship golf course (will challenge the best of golfers) and is a well-kept course. If you love to play golf this is the place for you! They do allow you to have your own golf cart for use on the course and around the resort.
We have it setup to stay long term-year-round as do many of the residents there do. It is currently winterized in place ready to open again for the May through September season. The unit is skirted and has a large deck attached. The deck is a 10 X 15 and has a large lot with plenty of room between you and your neighbors.
Of course, it is possible to move the unit if you dont want to keep it here. The wheels and axles are under the unit.
Lot leases are paid for at the beginning of the year and will be paid for this year in advance for this season through September 2026. Lease includes electricity and water as part of the lease, plus lawn mowing on the lot. This is a shaded lot very comfortable and cool in the summer.
The unit is like new, has been well maintained and has all you need to move in and start vacation(s).
