This 2024 Transcend Explor 245RL is the best travel trailer for couples or small families. At 31 feet, it has a rear living area with a large picture window. It comes with a U-shaped dinette and sofa, full sized queen bed and a really large bathroom with a tankless hot water heater. It has vented ducts off the floor for the furnace and air systems and residential insulated walls, roof and enclosed underbelly. There is a ton of storage. There are solid wood cabinet doors and drawer fronts and a deep seated stainless steel sink.

It also comes with a Factory installed 180W Roof mounted Solar panel, 40 amp charge controller and

solar disconnect. Add a battery and you are ready for Solar power! Also, power awning and outdoor strip lights.

It still has a 1 year structural warranty. It was only used on short trips and has a ton of upgrades
including the kitchen backsplash, cupwasher, TV sound bar, refrigerator travel locks, upgraded lighting, upgraded showerhead, magnetic latches/locks in the bathroom, upgraded mattress and shades for the
skylight and back bedroom door.

Also included are a 32" TV, backup video camera, keyless door entry lock, weight distribution hitch and sway bars, 2 club chairs with footrests and awning screens. This all saves you money from the
start!

You will be set and ready to go camping to the Beach, the Mountains, the State parks or even off grid! Easy to pull and feels much larger than its size. Very roomy and home like. Sleeps 4-5. Has only been stored under a metal carport. Don't miss this beauty!
