Great layout...sofa is actually comfortable, bed accessible from both sides, and plenty of storage. Dinette table delaminated so a new one was installed...not used yet. Never used the propane cook top and rarely used propane heater...both were recently confirmed in proper working order at a dealership...along with the tank sensors. Outdoor refrigerator was removed for additional storage and is new/unused if you want to put it back. 12v refrigerator/freezer is COLD and a great feature as there is no downtime while traveling. The OEM back-up camera was a disaster! We replaced it with a nice, simple new one in July. Included is a 24 LED TV. See pictures of additional accessories including extra 30A cords and clean water hoses with filter. You could literally leave directly on your first trip!!!
