***OPEN TO NEGOTIATION, but please do not try to low-ball us. We have priced her accordingly, taking into account the upgrades we've made, as well as the average price for our RV's age and condition.***

Modifications:
️ The typical U-Shaped dinette that comes stock with this RV has been changed into a convertible couch that can be made into a U-Shaped, L-Shaped couch, or a full bed for guests. We've had adult guests sleep on the bed (Couch dimensions in bed mode is 39"x 70"). There is a built-in bookcase beside the couch, and two options to use a desk or a table. Below the couch is storage and the inverter.

The queen-size bed is comfortable with a custom-sized upgraded mattress.

The kitchen counters have been replaced with butcher block countertops, with an extendable area for kitchen prep and extra counter space. The sink, faucet, and soap dispenser are upgrades and permanently affixed.

Bathroom sink and faucet have been replaced, and it has an Oxygenics shower head that can be turned off mid-shower to conserve water.

The front cab has been customized to hold our TV and has permanent storage bins for traveling.

Off-grid capabilities:
This RV can fully camp off-grid without worry. It has large water and holding tank capacities (50 gallons), and we've stretched her a week without utilities, camping on the beach in Mexico.

️ It comes with four 100-watt rigid solar panels from Renogy for a total of 400 watts of solar on the roof. We also have a 2,500-watt inverter, a smart shunt to monitor battery usage, and a composting toilet. The grey and black tanks can be combined to create 50 gallons of grey water storage, extending your ability to boondock.

It has a 2,500-watt inverter, Victron smart shunt to monitor the batteries, and 2 Trojan T-105 6v deep cycle flooded lead acid batteries wired in series to provide 225 amp hours at 12v. Batteries are aprox. 4+ years old

The solar and inverter allow you to have power to do things like charge batteries, phones, front milk for a latte coffee, or watch TV when you're not plugged into electricity. *Cannot do high-wattage appliances, like the microwave, on an inverter only. However, you do have a built-in gasoline-powered Cummins Onan QG 4,000 generator as back-up.
