RV Description

If this ad is here, the camper is still on the market. thank you.

Four Season 1475 S, everything working. Truma furnace and water heater, runs on Gas or AC or both. The Truma is super quiet and wonderful. Very loud Coleman AC replaced with a super quiet, low profile and efficient Rec Pro 9.5 AC used only a few times and it is wonderful. If you check the Lance owner forum you will find people are very happy with this unit. Have receipts for AC (bought last spring I believe), was installed by an RV service center. New, as in 0 miles Goodyear Endurance tires. 1 yr old foam mattress. actually 2 mattresses for comfort, 1 2" and a 4" on top of each other. Bearings done with synthetic lube 6 months ago.

Camper is in very very good condition, completely turn-key. Not saying it is perfect, some small scratches here and there but very nice. I am only selling because I plan to move into the mountains and I wont have time to use it like it should be used.

Camper comes with a 1-2 yr old high quality Calmark custom fit cover for the 1475s with several zipper "doors" on it, one for each side of storage, the slide, and the man door. Cover was $1600 new and the best you can get in my opinion. If you dont want the cover I can easily sell it on the Lance forum so I could knock some off the price. Camper to my knowledge has never been stored exposed to the sun and it shows it.

I will also include if desired, many items like the blocks, the leveler block, hoses, a small gas stove for cooking outside, etc.. I probably spent $1000 on all that stuff just 2 yrs ago new. This is one of the perks of buying used, you usually get all that stuff for free, I did not however.

If you are looking for a Lance, you know it is one if not the best, you can tell the moment you look at the trim and fit when you compare to the other brands. I like buying the best so I did. Most campers are just junk in my opinion and I have owned a few. When I was shopping for this one I looked at other brands and was shocked.

Do your research and I think you will see I am including some expensive extras at a price without them.

I doubt I will be interested in trades, do not need help selling, and cash, bank transfer, or certified check are probably the only methods I can accept.

Im in no rush to sell so will at this time only just wait for a buyer. I do not at this time need help selling unless I find the market is incredibly soft and if too soft will just keep it and enjoy as much as I can.

The coach is winterized right now so will only demonstrate plumbing to a very serious buyer. Its in storage so any demonstrations/showings will be to very serious buyers. Im not meaning to sound like a jerk here so hopefully you understand. Camper is located near regent park in fort mill.

If you want to buy remote, Im happy to help with coordinate shipping.. would suggest you pay for an inspector for peace of mind. I can bring to my house and connect it up for the inspection.. the AC will probably run off 15 amp service so shouldnt be a problem. By the way you can get away with a 2000 watt generator with this AC unit per the forums and specs.

I have no need for a load balancer on my f-150 so you will need to get one if you need one, Anderson is a good brand. It came with a 10.5k leveler which you are welcome to but it is overkill for this trailer.

To resellers, please don't contact me, I will contact you if I decide to, I know who you are and I know you guys do a good job, I just don't want to spend on that service right now. You're good but you aren't cheap.
