The 13' garage has oil resistant flooring, diamond plating, tie downs, happy-jack bunk system, tv backer and a half bath.

Living area includes a full kitchen with a pantry, 3-way fridge, convection/microwave oven and 3 burner gas stove. It also has 2 slide outs, tv, fireplace, a large reclining sofa (with heat and massage functions), 2 end tables with built in outlets, sleeping bunk and tons of storage.The master bedroom has a walk-around queen bed with bedside wardrobes (one for hanging, the other with shelves), overhead storage and a small wall mount tv and dual entry master bath.
There are two large awnings, pass thru storage, a 30-gallon fuel tank, six-point auto leveling system, an enclosed heated underbelly, 2-40 lb propane tanks and an Onan 5500 generator. The fresh water tank is 100 gal, grey tank is 80 and there are 2 black tanks equaling 80.

Everything works as it should and there are no leaks. This camper comfortably sleep 8 adults and comes partially furnished and is ready to go camping!
