Things included:  installed Dish Satellite In Motion with 2 receivers, TST tire monitoring system, Scosche dash cam, surge protector with lock and 30 amp adapter, Demco tow bar..  Tires new in July 2024 with under 5000 miles.  House and engine batteries new in June 2025.  Just replaced the EXIT window on living room slide, new bubble cover on sky light, new water valve plate, new LED lights under awning.  Washer works but the dryer needs repair.  Regular maintenance done annually.
Has 3 TV, electric fireplace, king master bed tilts.  Bath and a half.  I can text or email you more pictures.
