This beautiful, well built, all-electric Tiffin Phaeton is in mint condition and features many great upgrades including Aqua Hot System (and actually works on electric only - no need to burn diesel unless need to run furnaces) and Heated Floors (makes use of the furnaces very rare)! Bath and Half! The floor is gorgeous polished ceramic tile, hardwood (chestnut) cabinetry, high polished solid surface countertops and premium leather furniture throughout. Living room includes (2) premium leather sofas each converts for extra sleeping: (Flexsteel Queen sleeper sofa with awesome air mattressFlexsteel loveseat converts to futon). 55 LCD TV with theatre sound system on televator behind the loveseat, plus an extra LCD TV mounted in front above the captain chairs. Dinette with (2) chairs, also extends and includes (2) matching folding chairs and converts to work station area. Leather flexsteel captain chairs swivel into the living area and passenger seat reclines. Galley with undermount stainless steel sink, Convection microwave, all electric induction cooktop, plus stainless Maytag 19.7 sq ft. residential refrigerator. We think this is THE BEST floor plan Tiffin has ever created, due to, the passenger side super slide, which provides incredible interior spaciousness (no mid-ship narrowing of hallway). Eight (8) two year old lifeline batteries. All six tires replaced in 2024 (less than 4,000 miles of wear). Shore power cord and fresh water hose on power reels. Annual maintenance meticulously adhered to (including oil changed annually). In climate controlled storage other than the three months each year it has been in Florida (first trip in 2019) and full body waxed upon arrival and just before departure for back home. 22,000 almost exclusively highway miles on odometer. 145 hours on generator.
