Awnings are in great condition

For sale is a very nice and well taken care of Winnebago diesel pusher 40 RV. This was Winnebagos top trim available at the time. Full tile floors with the only carpet being on the super slide, which is in good condition. Massive amounts of storage and weight capacity. Roof is in great condition with no leaks past or present. The living couch can be configured to a bed once all components are extended for additional guests. Main dinette area can be used as a working office and/or eating area and includes a leaf to expand the length of the table. Dual heating modes lets you conserve propane down to about 36*, then you can switch to propane which is also ducted to lower storage compartments keeping your plumbing from freezing. We are conveying our Starlink system so that is included in the purchase. These perform better than any RV park internet.
Also included is the installed motorcycle Hydraliftthe gold standard in motorcycle RV transportation. With that installed there is still accommodations to TOAD an additional vehicle. The purchase and installation of this lift is about an $8k value.
All accessories for pulling another vehicle are included: Blue Ox brake assist (with EV capabilities), electrical harness, safety cables, etc.
The updated Kenwood entertainment system is quite extensive to include Garmin GPS based off vehicle type/size. This allows you to find a fueling station to accommodate this RV as well as notifying of low over passes that may be questionable. This unit also constantly displays the rear camera for monitoring of all the goings on behind you (TOAD, motorcycle, etc.) with auto switching to side cameras when turn signals are activated.
Every component of this RV is fully operational and works great, including the A/C units. Everything from the air ride suspension, dual heating modes, auto leveling, main slide awning with wind sensor (trust me this works well) as well as a door awning. Slide seals and over slide awnings are also in great condition.
Lighting system is a Firefly low voltage system. So you have control over many of the lighting and scenes from multiple areas via keypads located throughout the vehicle including above the master bed.
All other accessories are included: heated water hose, pressure regulator, water filter, 50A surge protector, 50A>30A adapter, all water/sewage dump hoses fittings etc.
