Originally purchased by a meticulous owner who took it on one memorable trip to Yellowstone, this trailer has seen only light, careful use since. The current owner kept it parked at a private residence for part-time visits, preserving it in exceptional condition.

The exterior of this 22FB is in excellent condition.  The only repairs—a replacement of the left wheel trim and a small section of underbelly skirting—were expertly completed by Airstream Tampa. A very minor compression near the right rear taillight is visible only up close.

The manual curbside awning has never even been used. 

The front queen bed (74” x 80”) sleeps two comfortably, with deep under-bed storage and surrounding windows. Blackout curtains ensure peaceful rest.

The U-shaped dinette provides a cozy gathering spot—and easily converts into a sleeping space for one adult or two children. The rear full bath features a spacious shower, vanity, and an upgraded Thetford porcelain toilet. 

Owner-added modification converted the wardrobe closet into a shelved storage space for greater practicality, keeping the hanging rod intact for future flexibility. Smoke-free, pet-friendly, and impeccably maintained.

Efficient Galley Kitchen with Premium Appliances include a two-burner cooktop, microwave, Nova Kool 4.5 cu. ft. refrigerator, and a stainless-steel sink with chrome fixtures. The stove has never been used by the current owner, and only a single knob on the right burner remains frozen from the factory—an easy fix if desired. 

Upgraded Solar and Power Systems for Off-Grid Freedom

Equipped for self-sufficient travel with dual factory-installed 90-watt solar panels, a Victron 2200 inverter, and a Battle Born Gamechanger 3.0 lithium battery.  The factory 30-amp electrical service, tankless hot water heater, and 15,000 BTU propane furnace (never used) round out an efficient systems package.

A maintained dehumidifier ensures a fresh interior even in humid climates.

Ready to Tow, Ready to Go, this single-axle Airstream is easily towed by many midsize SUVs and trucks. Includes an Equalizer weight distribution hitch, two 20-lb propane tanks with GasStop regulators, and a full set of campsite-ready accessories: 30-amp surge protector, shore power cord, hoses, and propane connectors. Tires, brakes, bearings, and lights are all in good condition and ready for the open road.
