The 365MB model also includes a second bedroom with bunk beds, making it ideal for families or those who enjoy traveling with guests. We have had 4 adults and 6 kinds sleep in here comfortably. Perfect for entertaining. Other notable features of the Avalanche include a washer and dryer prep area, multi-zone climate control, self leveling jacks, fireplace, and two side by side Lazy Boys with heat and massage. There is a lot of value for the money.

We used this trailer about 15 times locally in the Southern California area. It is in working condition but there are a few items that need repair.

1) The couch in the space room is missing bolts for needed to fold it out. Some repair needs to be done on that.

2) There is a scratch on the front right side visible within 5 feet.

3) The door to spare room needs to be adjusted so it stays closed in travel. Not a big issue. It closes normally once leveled.

4) There is a stain on the bedroom floor that to this day, I have no clue how it got there. It is shown briefly in the video.

All other mechanical items work as advertised. I just haven't had the time to take it out for those repairs so I have discounted the price to reflect this.
