Custom built 2016 Continental Coach built in Shipshewana, Indiana. This coach is one of only two built at the 36 foot length. This fifth wheel has a heavy custom frame designed and built by Forks RV, and has a beautiful all hardwood interior built specifically for this unit by Amish craftsmen. Fit and finish are excellent. The cabinetry provides plenty of storage throughout and features soft closing drawers. The interior is complimented by custom ordered Samsung televisions in the living area (50 inch),and (32 inch) in the bedroom. The tvs are on the Directv dish ,mounted on the roof. The CC sleeps up to 4 people with a Queen size Sleep Number bed in the bedroom and a Lazy Boy pull out sofa with a custom mattress, in the living area, to add to your guests comfort. There are also two very comfortable Lazy Boy wall hugger recliners opposite the television and fireplace for your comfort and viewing pleasure. The kitchen has a residential style refrigerator, gas cooktop, dishwasher in the large island, and GE convection/microwave oven. It also includes a pullout pantry. The dining area table expands to accommodate 4 custom chairs, and also includes additional storage space.
The Coach rides on 3 axles equipped with More Ryde IS system where every axle is independent and the results are a smoother ride and easier tow.
The exterior features a 100 gallon fresh water tank, a 76 gallon gray tank and a 76 gallon black water tank. All tanks are heated. You will enjoy a large pass through storage area with a slide out storage tray at the front of the unit, and two additional storage areas near the rear.
Other features include stacked washer and dryer, awning, ladder, 4 ,6volt AGM batteries , automatic leveling system with front and rear leveling jacks,fiberglass roof, folding exterior steps, sealed and heated underbelly, and more.
The unit features a Cummins Onan Commercial QG 6.5 generator powered with propane for those boon docking trips. This Continental coach has been 100% smoke and pet free.
