The 2024 DRV Luxury Suites Mobile Suites Orlando is a 46' tripleaxle luxury fifth wheel designed from the frame up for fulltime family living, built on DRVs custom 15" triplestacked boxtube steel chassis and 101" widebody platform with three 8,000lb axles, 17.5" Hrated tires, and Kodiak automotive disc brakes for serious towing confidence. It measures 46' 0" long, 8' 5" wide, and 13' 3" tall, with roughly 492 sq. ft. of interior living space, and carries a 24,000lb GVWR, 20,860lb dry weight, 3,600lb hitch weight, and about 3,076 lbs of cargo capacity. Six slideouts (with main slides over 7' tall) open the coach into a true residential interior, while 3" thick floors and 3¼" aluminumframed walls with high Rvalues, Azdelbacked gelcoat fiberglass, and a fully laminated roof create a fourseason shell. The running gear is paired with MORryde IS suspension, a MORryde pin box, sixpoint hydraulic leveling, and pinless hydraulic front landing jacks so the coach rides and sets like a rolling condo rather than a typical RV. Fresh, gray, and black tanks come in at approximately 100/125/100 gallons, supported by ½" water lines, a copper manifold with individual shutoffs, wholehouse filtration, SeeLevel tank monitoring, dual 40lb LP cylinders, an 80amp 12V converter, and 50amp shore power. Climate control is handled by a 40,000 BTU residential ducted furnace plus three fully ducted 15,000BTU lowprofile A/C units (about 45,000 BTU total), all feeding a heated and enclosed underbelly. A highcapacity tankless water heater, solar, satellite and generator prep, and a custom painted fiberglass exterior with frameless tinted windows, molded caps, motionlit basement storage, and an 8' power awning with LED lighting round out the technical backbone.

Inside, the Orlando is the only Mobile Suites floorplan to combine a front bunkhouse with a true dedicated workspace, giving families a separate zone for kids and a quiet office area that actually feels like a small home office instead of a converted corner. Up front, the private bunkhouse, with an adjacent bathroom with shower, includes twin bunks, storage, natural light, and a builtin desk with dual chairs, and washer/dryer is perfect for homeschool days, remote work, or getting laundry done without running through the whole RV. Moving toward the middle, opposing slides create a cross-conversational living room with theater seating and a 55" smart TV and electric fireplace, while the gourmet kitchen centers around a large island with a deep stainless double-bowl sink and solid surface countertops. A residential stainless French door refrigerator, four-burner cooktop with gas oven, stainless air-fryer convection microwave, built-in dishwasher, pull-out trash system, lighted pantry, and toe-kick lighting make the space genuinely suitable for everyday cooking instead of weekend reheats. At the rear, a kingbed slide master suite with large wardrobe storage leads into a spacious full bath featuring a fiberglass shower with skylight, porcelain toilet, solid surface vanity, generous linen space, and residential touches like ducted A/C and heat. Throughout, solid hardwood cabinetry, vinyl plank flooring, and thoughtful lighting and trim details make the fifth wheel feel far more like a high-end apartment than an RV. In total, the 2024 DRV Mobile Suites Orlando is a triple-axle, six-slide, ~500sq ft fifth wheel that comfortably sleeps up to five, blends serious big rig numbers with residential construction, and layers in a uniquely family friendly bunkhouse plus office floor plan purpose built for families who live, work, and learn full-time on the road.
