2017 Lance 1995 Travel Trailer Excellent Mechanical Condition College Station, TX

Selling my well-maintained 2017 Lance 1995, used mainly for short weekend trips and a few tailgates (approx. 1,000 miles towed total around the Houston/College Station area).

Highlights:
-4 Seasons Package
-All plumbing, A/C, heater, and appliances work perfectly
-Awning and slide-out fully functional
-Tires in great shape with plenty of tread
-Interior floor protected with gym mats since day one excellent condition
-Countertops, cabinets, dinette table all in excellent shape
-All skylights and roof vents recently resealed
-Includes all accessories (power cable, hoses, leveling blocks, etc.)
-Husky weight-distribution hitch and sway bars included
-Futura tongue-mounted bike rack included
-Second owner; purchased in 2017 from Quality RV in Nacogdoches
-Current registration & clear title in hand

Disclosures:
-Exterior cosmetic wear consistent with age
-A few dents in rear from backing into a pylon
-Some exterior plastics weathered
-Dinette cushions starting to crack (lower cushions have slipcovers)
-Trim on valences beginning to crack
-Two dinette window shades no longer retract
-Front right window needs adjustmentdoes not fully close

Overall: A mechanically solid, clean Lance TT with great bones, ideal for someone who wants a high-quality TT with only a few cosmetic quirks to address.
