This motor home sleeps 2 in the king bed and could sleep one on the comfortable overstuffed couch, which is not camper furniture but a full sized 6 foot couch with a backrest for real comfort. The optional electric fireplace and single chair on the passenger side make this bus feel like home. The floor is electric heated throughout the unit, and most shades are motor driven. 3 air conditioners cool and heat this beauty, keeping the temperature comfortable throughout. Hot water is achieved either through the on demand electric heat or uses the diesel fired hydronic system, which also heats the motorhome for more efficient hot water and heating options during those colder nights. The hydronic system also keeps water and storage below the floor warm.

The layout features a big screen tv over the front dash, captains chairs that swivel to face the living area, an optional fire place with a 2023 flat screen smart tv mounted above and chair on the passenger side, an expandable dinette with 4 chairs, oversized sofa on the drivers side and when the 4 slides are out the living area feels like an apartment, easily seating and feeding 6 adults. The counter tops and tiled floor are a thing of beauty along with the soft materials framed by high end wood finishes along the ceiling, and beautiful, useable storage above and below. A double sink, home sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and pull out bank of drawers makes this a cooks dream. Past the kitchen area is a half bath with Dometic stool and sink. Next walk into the King Suite; to the passenger side is a king bed with storage underneath for many things including 2 of the dinette chairs, cabinetry around and above including overhead fan and light panels from bed. There is a full sized dresser with hamper on the drivers side and a 2022 flat screen smart tv. Next walk into the spacious master bath featuring double Corian sinks, storage medicine cabinets, a glass enclosed shower with new faucets, and a macerator stool. At the back of the coach enter your walk in closet featuring 8 foot of hanging space, access to the engine compartment, Splendide washer stacked above the Splendide dryer, another smaller dresser, fuse panel, owners safe, and storage for the hoses to the central vac system.

Under the motor home are 2 full pass through storage with slide out trays, for all the extras needed on a camping trip. In the front is a 10 KW Onan diesel generator with approximately 500 hours on it. All tires replaced in 2021 at 38,000 miles. House batteries installed in 2021 and continuously charged and maintained. In 2023 the engine start batteries were replace with 2 large AGM batteries. The house batteries are easily accessible; placed on another pull out tray. This bus features easy access to the water system and grey and black water pump off. No need for the big drain hoses as this coach has a built in macerator pump with 20 foot of flexible hose that is easily drained without getting dirty, The city water supply hose is on an automatic spool, and easily switch from city water to coach storage tank with one valve. This door holds system drainage, fresh water fill, water pump power, full electronic gauges for fresh, gray and black water. The next door holds the electrical system with a 50, 30, and 110 hook up. The 50 foot 50 amp power cord is on an electric spool making setup and storage quick and easy.

There is a Dometic accessory freezer/refrigerator on a pull out tray just past the entry door, with a flat screen tv for outdoor viewing. There is an automatic door awning to cover the steps coming into the unit, and 2 extra large awnings with 3 open positions and wind sensors to keep them from damage.
