Now is the perfect time to go camping in south Texas!

If you are looking for an RV with lots of space for people and storage, this is the unit for you! The main bedroom currently has a queen-size bed, but there is room for a king. The bedroom closet is huge! In the bathroom, there is a large linen cabinet. This floor plan includes a mid-room with a desk, closet and a pull-out couch. Kids will love the large loft. The kitchen boasts a large pantry with plenty of room for pots and pans, supplies and groceries. The dining room has two chairs and a bench that can be moved. Two comfy recliners and a couch round out the living room, which also includes a fireplace and large screen TV.

This RV has electric leveling jacks, four slides, camera ready hook up on back. Tires are 14ply and were replaced two years ago. Steps into RV were upgraded, as well.

We are the second owner of this RV and we are selling because we have upgraded to a toy hauler. The RV has been kept in an RV shed since we purchased it. The unit has not been lived in and was only used for weekend trips. Everything is in great working condition, however, the recliners and couch in the mid-bunk do have places where the upholstery has begun to peel.
