Priced to sale $45,000 OBO. 2nd owners. Purchased in October 2019. We added Steering stabilizer and upgraded the shocks for better handling.

Current condition: Needs a little TLC. None of the items listed below prevent the use of the RV

- Nada guide value = $53k.

- Diesel Max Force 7, Mileage 16.6k

- Sleeps 5.

- 1.5 bathrooms - 1 shower and both have toilet, sink and lots of storage.

- 2 TVs: 1 in main cabin and 1 in the bedroom.

- Kitchen: Extra fold down counter, Microwave/Convection oven, larger RV refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner stove w/cover.

- Windows: 2 pull down shades for each: 1 sun screen and 1 privacy shade + wrap around shade for front windshield

- Driving area: Passenger side Pull out tray table, 2 captain chairs w/covers, The display console includes a screen showing camera view for each side and rear of RV.

- Comes with an onboard Generator, tow hitch, and lots of exterior storage.

- In August 2021, all 6 Tires replaced with Goodyear G670RV.

- Chassis batteries replaced 2023 and coach batteries in 2024.

- 2023 Upgraded to Live and Sleep 12 in. gel memory foam mattress.

- The inside upholstery needs to be replaced, or covers made. We received an estimate for replacement $3k to $4k

- Front console and rear AC working great. The front cabin AC fan needs realignment. It is currently hitting the enclosure. Estimate $1100.

- Exterior cosmetic damages.

- Step needs rebuilding. Estimate $1800. (Note, we used a scissor jack and it worked well)

Last Service: July 2024 -

Completed a full inspection with oil change, all tanks cleaned, and generator maintenance.
