Up for sale is a heavily upgraded 2017 Livin Lite 7x20HJ. If you’re not familiar with how much work and money goes into a build like this, feel free to ask—I’m happy to walk you through it. I purchased this trailer last year for $30k and have put over $10k in upgrades into it (not including countless hours of labor). I’m a retired welder/fabricator, so everything was done correctly, cleanly, and built to last. Has the happijack queen bed that lowers down from the ceiling with the push of a button.

If you aren’t familiar with Livin Lite, they’re built with a 100% aluminum frame and Azdel walls, meaning no rust, no mold, and a lifetime of durability. The trailer weighs just under 4,000 lbs., so it can be towed by most trucks and many SUVs.
And one more unique upgrade: I fabricated an aluminum back door so my “fat kid” Carlos can stay in the A/C and go in and out while I’m out hiking. (Pet owners will understand!)
