It has a Cummins Onan 4000 generator but needs to be cleaned because I neglected to run it as often as it should be because of health just getting too old
Just give the exterior a buff and waxed
Runs very well good tires, easy to drive
New Engine battery this year

I just got the RV back today from an RV repear shop
Replaced defective airflow sensor to the motor
Two new house batteries
Had the top resealed by the RV shop
To my knowledge it never leaked it just needed a reseal
The two beds in the rear are permanent with a real bed mattress on each not the thinner ones that came with it
