A luxury 2023 East to West Ahara 380FL in excellent condition is hard to come by, but not impossible, as this listing proves. We purchased ours in 2023, and moved it only twice, once from the dealership to MS, then from MS to TN - about 1200 miles for us. Before purchase, my wife and I had it inspected by THE ART OF JAM RV REPAIR AND INSPECTION, LLC ($800) and all inspections passed. Only she and I have used it - no kids and no pets. Everything works. It has been well maintained, and only hooked up to park power, so Solar and all Propane power options (except furnace) were never used. TV and stereo hardly used, as well. The convenient, centrally located water valve/tank valve control panel with single sewer discharge hookup below is indispensable. Unit is equipped with the Four Seasons camping package. An extremely convenient large capacity washer and dryer was added, along with a $400 Power Watchdog 50 AMP electrical system protector, fixed 40 psi water supply pressure regulator to protect fresh water plumbing, quality no-drip brass two-way hose splitter adapter w/two shut off valves for a premium Camco "blue" potable water supply hose and a regular hose w/anti-siphon adapter for flushing tanks, etc., several Camco RhinoFlex waste hoses and adapters, wheel chocks (still in package), and assorted Bullke hydraulic jack blocks and pads for all six jacks - everything you need to get started camping right away.

Selling because we're building a home. The wife and I have very much enjoyed our RV the past two years. We religiously drained and double rinsed the black tanks routinely with the convenient black tank flush hook ups and have had no problems.
