(Please account for extra weight for full water / sewage tanks or belongings). Four Goodyear ST235/80R16 tires with two tire covers and one spare tire mounted underneath. At just under 38', this camper is like a luxury apartment on wheels! Decorated interior with modern neutral grays and beiges, it's ready for all seasons of adventure! Runs on 50 amp shore power (15' cord included NEMA 14-50P to SS2-50R) or on battery which is mounted on hitch tongue. Battery is backed up with roof mounted solar panel, which recharges the battery when power isn't available. Wired for back up camera, and rear hitch just in case you need to tow more! Separated bedroom has queen size bed with washer & dryer in closet. Bathroom has vanity sink, toilet and a shower stall which has never been showered in. Kitchen has island with stainless sink, propane stove with oven, microwave and 16.4 cubic foot stainless refrigerator/freezer. Never been cooked in. Dining table with seating for 4. Kick back in the two recliners, while you enjoy the ambiance of the 26" multi-color / heated fireplace. Two flat screen TVs with wi-fi available. Stereo system with speaker zones inside or outside! Sit under the two front retractable/ electric awnings, and enjoy your tunes wherever you are! Or hook up whatever with a handy exterior outlet near the rear. Pull out couch that can sleep two. Two brand new GE roof top A/C units (both replaced July 2025) controlled by two individual thermostats. Heat runs on electric thermostat and propane. Two 30# propane tanks mounted on trailer tongue. Tankless 2.4 gpm water heater with 3 gpm water pump allows for that nice hot shower at the end of a long day from a 54 gallon fresh water tank. Exterior water hose connection at utility control. Either connect to a septic system; approx. 50' of septic tubing included, or if on the road, feel comfortable with a 118 gallon grey water tank and a 43 gallon waste water tank. Camper just had bi-annual maintenance; re-caulk roof top penetrations, and flushing of grey and black tanks, in Oct. 2025. Includes 2 keys and a carrying bag with all the manufacturer manuals & instructions. Camper has not traveled on road other then to and from dealer. Has been kept in private yard.
