We purchased this in January of 2024 and are only the 2nd owners. Due to health issues, sadly we must part with this awesome Roadtrek that we were able to enjoy immensely in the almost two years we owned it. We are seasoned RVers of 50+ years, so know the importance of keeping up with maintenance and making sure all systems are in good working order before hitting the road. We just realized on our last trip in October to one of our favorite COE campgrounds, we just cant do it anymore with our health issues.

Installed upgraded suspension system: 1.5 Supersteer Rear Sway bar installed, Koni Front Adjustable Struts, Koni Rear Shocks, Sumo 3500 Rear Springs. Total $3,981.14

Added MT50 Remote Meter for the Epever 40A MPPT Solar Charge Controller

Upgraded to a Dometic Penguin II 13,500 BTU Low Profile Rooftop Air Conditioner and Thermostat (Original AC was 11,000 BTU) $2992.11

Replaced the DC Water pump

New front and spare tires (Rear dually tires were replaced by previous owner)

Payment and transfer must be done in person by the person(s) purchasing the motorhome. Payment made by a third party will not be considered, and the title will not be released to a third-party person for pickup of the vehicle. We have a clear title for this vehicle. VIN will be provided to serious buyers only.

PAYMENTs ACCEPTED: A verified bank check handled at our bank (Chase). A wire transfer from bank to bank may be considered. Verification that the verified check has cleared and monies are deposited in our account before the title will be transferred. A State of Florida Bill of Sale HSMV 82050 form will be filled out and will be taken to the DMV with the title for transfer. Sorry, we will not accept a personal check or electronic type payments. If the sale is going to a buyer outside of Florida, the buyer will be responsible to bring all paperwork required by their state to purchase an out-of-state vehicle.

All RV and the Mercedes Sprinter chassis components are Sold As-Is, no implied, verbal, or written warranty.

We also have some camping items we can negotiate to include like a 10 clam shell style (Gazelle brand) screened room gazebo with floor and removable solid sides, large mat to put outside, and a small toaster.
