The trailer purchase also comes with the Equali-izer hitch, $1500.00 value and a custom-made Cal-Mark sun resistant cover, a $1200.00 value. The cover allows you the ability to open the entry doors when the cover is installed, both doors. We purchased this trailer in 2016 from the original owner who was a retired couple. The trailer has been used for camping by my wife and myself, also retired. The trailer has always been covered when not in use. The trailer is in excellent condition, everything is fully operational, regular service of brakes and wheel bearings. The awning was replaced in 2024; tires were purchased in 2022. There is a remote control for activating the jacks, awning, and slide. 2 12-volt batteries replaced in 2024. Title in hand.
