Very well maintained camper. Inspection until 6/26. Washed and deep cleaned inside and out. The tanks are thoroughly rinsed and cleaned. The seals have been inspected and touched up on suspect areas. Wheel bearings were cleaned and repacked 6/24. Winterized as of 9/18/25. Everything works as it should.
The camper will come with a stabilizer wrench, 6 coil hose, 30A power cable, and a 30A surge protector. My wife and I are selling the camper to upgrade to a larger bunkhouse since we are now having kids.
