Offered for sale by very experienced RV owners is a 2024 GRAND DESIGN REFLECTION 150 SERIES 270BN. We have owned many RV rigs, and this floor plan is our all-time favorite for a couple. This summer we traded in our Airstream Globetrotter 27 for the Grand Design as it has sooo much more usable space. In August on our first trip to the Maine Coast, we received a call from our favorite campground in Connecticut that a Park Model seasonal site was for sale and bids were being taken. Typically these sites are rarely available to open bid, and you purchase both the unit and the site. We submitted an aggressive bid and won. We were not planning to settle down as seasonal campers for another couple of years, but here we are. Our Grand Design is basically a brand new unit. It has only been used once, is extremely well cared for, and has nice amenities including solar, Battle Born Batteries, 2000 watt inverter, second roof A/C, an upgraded outdoor grill, and a water filter system. We tow the trailer with a 2021 GMC HD2500 gas truck with a 18,000 B&W Patriot rail mount hitch (hitch will be included as part of the sale, NOT THE TRUCK). There is much to discuss about the advantages of this 5th wheel, and the best way is to schedule a phone or zoom call, or a personal visit.
