2024 FOREST RIVER ROCKWOOD MINI LITE 2509S for sale

When I sold my last recreation vehicle, the buyer became my new best friend. He had never owned an RV before and had a ton of questions, calling me once or twice a day. I was always there to help in any way he needed and ended up becoming a great buddy of mine, stopping off at his place when we are traveling near by. I am ready to offer my help if the buyer needs assistance in setting up and using this great Rockwood trailer. This trailer was perfect for us two years ago, but as they say, "Life changes," and so we must say good bye to our "Woody" and move on to a different RV.

This 2024 Rockwood Mini Lite 2509S has a flexible, family-friendly floorplan with a full width, front sofa that converts to a Murphy bed. There is also a U-shaped dinette in the slide-out, and a rear set of double bunks. The rear also features a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is located mid-trailer, and an outdoor kitchen with a propane two burner cooktop, griddle and mini-fridge is also included.

The 2509S will sleep up to 8 with a front queen size Murphy bed, rear double bunks, and a convertible U-shaped dinette that will also sleep two . The mid-trailer kitchen includes a three-burner stove, oven, microwave, and 12 volt, 10 cubic foot refrigerator that works very well. The rear bathroom features a tub/shower combo, toilet, and vanity.

The trailer has a back door hatch that opens a large storage compartment created when the lower bunk is flipped up. There is ample storage in the front pass-through storage which is accessible from the inside by lifting the couch seat. There are also two additional storage compartments in the driver’s side slide. All outside doors are slam latch doors w/magnetic catches.

We have added storage hooks in various places in the trailer, a soft start on the air conditioner unit, GOODYEAR Endurance tires, all balanced and with a TPMS system included. We have also installed a backup camera, upgraded the kitchen sink faucet and have installed a residual, soft close, toilet seat.

The double 48" x 72" bunkhouse is great for sleeping kids and will fit adults comfortably.

The large 60" X 74" Murphy bed will sleep adults and goes up to use the couch during the day.

Trailer has an 18 foot awning that covers the outside kitchen and most of the way across the trailer.
