Welcome to your new home on wheels. This is our 2024 Forest River Surveyor Legend 202RBLE (25 feet). A top-of-the-line travel trailer designed for mobile luxury living. This sleek and stylish model is perfect for couples. We lived in it for 52 days last year while visiting many of our National Parks and had it parked at a Pocono's camp ground this past summer as our weekend getaway 'home'.

The interior is well-appointed featuring high-end finishes and thoughtful design elements with a lot of storage. The open floor plan includes a comfortable pillow topped queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a bar with two high backed stools for enjoying meals, a reclinable love seat, and a luxurious bathroom with a porcelain toilet and full shower (30x36) with a retractable door. A TV, built in indoor and outdoor speakers, and a central vacuum system add to the amenities.

Outside is a power (tilt-able) awning, outdoor 'kitchen' including a water supply & mini fridge, and LED lighting.

It is cold weather ready with an enclosed underbelly with 12v heated pads as well as heated tanks. There have been a few below freezing mornings during our use and we remained perfectly comfortable.

The (ladder ready) walkable roof has 2 solar panels that create 400 watts of electricity and is inverter prepped (30amps) as well as a 15,000 BTU ducted Air conditioner.

Relatively light weight for its size, the dry weight is 4931 lbs and our VW Touareg TDi pulls it with ease. Fresh and grey water tanks are 40 gallons and the black water tank is 30 gallons. Two oversized propane tanks are mounted on the trailer hitch. The on-demand water heater means you'll never run out of hot water.

We are including the power cable and the water & waste hoses. The waste hose stores in the rear bumper.
Also available for an additional fee is dinnerware, pots and pans, storage containers, bath towels, bedding, and more.
