RV Description

***I have the unit stored at a secured facility near Lowe’s in Pooler. I can meet at any time for a walk through***

Still like brand new 2024 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 195RB. Purchased a year ago and I have been the solo owner and user. No pets or smoking. Camped locally and in great condition.

Weight distribution hitch and sway control included.

Back up camera, 30 amp power cord w/surge protector, fresh water hoses w/pressure gauge, gray/black water hose, leveling jacks wrench all included.

30 gallon fresh water tank and 20 gallon gray and black water tanks (each).

On demand, tankless water heater (propane).

13,500 BTU roof mounted A/C unit. Propane heater/furnace.

Power awning w/LED lights.

Large full height wardrobe closet next to bathroom. Ample storage throughout.

Solid Step entry steps.

AM/FM Bluetooth Stereo w/exterior speakers and remote control. TV mount and 32 inch TV w/ onboard digital antenna.

Tinted privacy windows and pull down shades/blinds.

Kitchen includes a microwave oven, propane stove w/hood, 12V 8 cu. ft refrigerator.

Bathroom includes a skylight, vent (natural), foot flush toilet and tub/shower surround w/curtain.

For sleeping there is a queen bed. It lifts up for additional storage below that is also accessible from exterior. Dinette can be transformed into a single sleeping spot or act as a couch.

Spare tire with cover on back of unit. Tires on unit show little to no wear from brand new.

20lb propane tank and spare tank (not mounted) included.

12 volt deep cycle batter w/disconnect included.

Self adjusting electric brakes and easy lube hubs.

There is prep on the unit to add solar panels.

It is lightweight making it a breeze to tow behind a variety of vehicles. I have towed this unit easily with a Ford Ranger (interstate as well) and it is very easy to maneuver into any spot at most of the campgrounds, state parks. With it being 20 feet long you rarely have site restrictions due to length.

I have been very impressed with the ease of setting up and taking down this unit from trip to trip. Or if you want to stop somewhere on the way and use the bathroom or kitchen (grab food or drinks from the refrigerator) it is very convenient.
