Description

Selling this RV isn’t easy for me – it’s been a fantastic travel companion, and well, it's my baby! I absolutely love everything about it, but with retirement a few years out, I’m making some intentional financial shifts. This Ethos 20T is in excellent condition, almost as if it just rolled off the showroom floor. It is thoughtfully upgraded, and ready for someone who is ready for adventure. Also, we looked at a LOT of Class B's and we found this floor plan to be one of the best. Bathroom/shower in the back instead of jutting out in the middle of the RV and creating more of a cramped feel. A wardrobe for clothes, and beds that double as seating, and the overhead compartments gave it more storage space than others we looked at. I also wanted a gas generator instead of the lithium systems. Those batteries are very expensive when they go out. One of the brand new models we looked at didn't even work because the battery system was already faulty. No thanks. Between the solar panel and the generator, it was perfect for our adventures.

Key Upgrades & Features

Rear-View Mirror Camera System

The backup camera in these units only operate when in reverse, with no way to turn it on for the duration of a drive. What are they thinking? We need to see behind our vehicle and those windows at the back just don't cut it. So, I very professionally installed a 3-camera setup (forward, rear, interior) with simultaneous recording for enhanced visibility and security. Now you can just look up at the rear view mirror and see behind the vehicle. Especially great for towing. I always wanted to see that my motorcycle trailer was ok.

Swing-Away StowAway Carrier

One of the best upgrades on the planet: a premium locking cargo carrier ($1,000+ value), that swings out for easy rear access and adds serious storage. I cannot believe all the stuff we were able to get packed into it, and with a Class B -- you NEED to store things eternally. There is a roof rack as well, but I wanted something very easy to access and doesn't require climbing a ladder. For a while we used a hitch type basket with a waterproof bag. I find those to be very awkward to use, and well, they are just ugly. Why put something so deformed on such a beautiful vehicle? So I bit the bullet and so glad I purchased this. The swing-away arm actually puts the cargo carrier right near where you are camping for easy access without having to go to the back of the RV. It locks too. You will love it, and it looks beautiful like our ClassyBee (our pet name for the RV)!

Rear-Mounted Bike Rack

Sturdy and secure— I had this installed to carry two Tucktec fold-up kayaks with ease. Whether you're hauling bikes or compact watercraft, it's ready for adventure. It was nice having kayaks with us all the time. I just left them on there because they were nicely out of the way, taking up no space, but there when we needed them. Kayaks are not included, but can be for the cost of me to replace them.

Secure Wardrobe Safe

Discreet lockable safe for valuables, documents, or a firearm. Since you can park a Class B practically anywhere, having secure storage gives added security. Why they don't come with them by default, I don't know. I've mounted one in every RV I've owned.

Smartphone Control System

Operate lights, awning, generator, water pump, and more directly from your phone. Very handy and makes setup so much easier. With it parked near my home, I find I can connect from inside the house and check to see what is on or off and check on the battery levels, etc.

Water Saving System

Class B's have smaller water tanks and a lot of water can be wasted just getting the water to come out hot at the faucet or shower. This unit has a recirculating system that allows the hot water to circulate through the pipes until everything becomes warm, all without wasting any water. Such a great feature to keep from having to empty and fill the tanks so much.

Transferable Warranty

Extended warranty still active and transferable to the next owner. This greatly adds to the confidence in your purchase. While it was a serious add on to the purchase, it came in handy a few times. This is partially how I have been able to keep the RV in pristine shape.

So I had to stay on the dealership until every issue that came up was resolved and every faulty unit replaced. From minor rattles to software glitches, I made sure it was fully dialed in. No lingering mysteries, no “RV gremlins”—just a clean slate and smooth operation.
