We purchased the RV brand new in January of 2024. Outside of minor wear from regular use (please see image of scuff on kitchen floor), the rig is in fantastic shape and all equipment functions as it should. Many of the components are still under warranty.

**Solar / Electrical Upgrades**

We enjoyed boondocking and invested over $20,000 to have this electrical system professionally installed that allows you to run everything in the rig, even when you're unplugged, including the air conditioners, microwave, wall outlets, etc. Given the upgraded lithium batteries and additional solar panels, you can let the sun keep the batteries charged. This system also has a power assist function: You can hook it up to 30 amp, or even a 15 or 20 amp household outlet and that limited shore power will supplement the solar to keep the batteries fully charged.

**Connectivity Upgrades**

When buying a new RV you end up buying a lot of things to fully enjoy it, and we are including these in the sale. Items such as power cables and adapters (to be able to use 50 amp, 30 amp, or 20 amp or less), drinking water hoses (heated and unheated, sewer lines, a black-tank clean-out attachment with seperate hose, rubber wheel chocks (the kind you slide behind the wheel), wheel stabilizing chocks (the metal kind that expand between the tires), jack stands (both the fancy magnetic buckets as well as the Lego-style, lubricating pinbox ring, and more.
