With Upgrades - 2023 Flagstaff E-Pro 16BH in great condition ready for your adventures.

The 2023 Forest River Flagstaff E-Pro E16BH is a lightweight travel trailer designed for easy towing by smaller SUVs and mid-sized pickups. It measures 18 feet 6 inches in length and has a dry weight of approx. 3,280 pounds.

The trailer can sleep up to four people, with two double 30" x 74" bunk beds in the rear and a U-shaped dinette that converts into a 54" x 82" bed. With its HIGHER than average GROUND clearance you can get away from the crowds and go further into the wilderness!

It features a single slide-out for additional living space, a full bathroom with a porcelain toilet and a shower, and a kitchen with a 12V refrigerator, a three-burner cooktop, and a convection microwave. Fully working AC, awning etc.

Solar equipment upgrades:
1. 600W (3x 200W) BougeRV High-efficiency MPPT panels
2. 200ah (2x 100ah) LiTime 10 year lifespan, light-weight LifePO4 batteries.
3. 60A BougeRV MPPT controller w/bluetooth.

Other upgrades and mods:
In the interior we have changed the dinette table into a lagoon table for easy lounging and dining. Added bed extensions mean the dinette can be turned into a king or a queen bed.

We have added plumbing that allows you to hook up the shower to a portable tankless hot water heater for instant hot water or you can choose to use the traditional hot water tank included in the camper. Since we added extra solar panels and upgraded the batteries, we removed the propane furnace and are able to use electric space heaters instead during cooler evenings, eliminating concerns about propane smells and carbon-monoxide related to running the heater.
This setup also allows you to add an external powerbank such as Bluetti or Ecoflow to increase the battery capacity.

It also includes a Maxxair ventilation fan and cover, a 12' power awning, and multiple exterior storage compartments.
The full dry bath and indoor and outdoor kitchenettes will ensure you are comfortable!
The E-Pro E16BH has a hitch weight capacity of 486 pounds and a cargo capacity of 1,206 pounds. It has a fresh water capacity of 31 gallons and grey and black water capacities of 30 gallons each. There are tank heaters on all the fresh/gray/black storage tanks which allows to use the camper well into fall and early spring.

The trailer is built with Azdel construction, tongue and groove plywood flooring, and a vacuum-laminated roof and walls, ensuring durability and resistance to mold and mildew.

It also features a torsion axle with Rubber-Ryde suspension and a tire pressure monitoring system for a smooth and safe ride.
