2023 Forest River Flagstaff T21DMHW pop up hard side trailer with front dormer. Only used 4 times so very much like new. This is a great trailer but unfortunately the reason I bought it for fell through and I do not need it now. With a dry weight of 2,700 pounds and a GVWR of only 3,353 pounds this trailer is light enough to be towed behind a wide variety of vehicles. With the included weight distribution hitch and virtually no wind resistance it is very smooth on the road. This trailer is very easy to set up and take down and only takes a few minutes. Standard options on the trailer include a queen size flip up bed with storage underneath and outside access, pass through front storage with pull out storage tray, upper front storage area, dinette that folds down to a second bed, microwave, 6 gallon water heater, gas cooktop, sink, electric refrigerator, microwave, Cool Cat heat pump with air conditioner and heating capabilities, separate furnace for colder days, wet bath with shower, cassette toilet, outside shower, city water hook up, 30 amp power cord, 20 gallon freshwater tank, cable port for tv, Dometic Go Power port for additional solar panel, spare tire with cover, stabilizer jacks on all four corners, 100 watt factory roof mounted solar panel, stereo with inside and outside speakers, LED lighting inside and out to reduce battery usage, electric vent fan, dual 20 pound propane tanks with cover. Upgrades done to trailer include waterproofing the complete underside of the trailer for prolonged life and protection from the elements, braided steel over rubber gas lines, dual 6 volt golf cart batteries hold their charge longer and the overall life of the batteries will last longer as well, Dometic Go Power 100 watt portable solar panel with controller. I also have a 3,650 watt generator that I will include as well if you would like.

To be upfront and honest there is a outstanding loan on this trailer with Bank of America. When a deal is agreed on we can go to the bank to settle the loan unless other arrangements are agreed upon. From that point we can get the title transferred from the DMV as well. I'm not looking to make money on this trailer. I only want someone to enjoy a great trailer at a fair price.
