There are several recent upgrades and included equipment to assist you in moving in and hitting the road immediately, without making hundreds of purchases, which can be expensive. I have a detailed Word Document available with all of the details to assist you in your review/ decision process.

The RV is in excellent condition and well-maintained. My daughter and son-in-law are selling due to new orders/change in duty station within the Navy. The unit is absolutely gorgeous and has met the need for the timeframe they have owned it. They are buying a home and don't want to put it into a storage unit. The preference is to sell it to someone who will enjoy it while on the road or for a full-time RVer. The 5th wheel is currently located in Pensacola, FL 32526 and will be relocated to VA Beach, VA 23456 in late Dec. / early Jan. 2026 if not sold before transfer.
