This 2022 Heartland Sundance Ultra Lite 294BH was purchased in 2023 new. We are the original owners; we have only taken this on one trip. 3000 total trip miles. THIS IS A MUST SEE AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION!! Our camper is in the same condition that you would see on the show room floor at a dealership. Everything works and even still smells brand new inside. The only reason we are selling , is because we lost the motor in the pulling truck. This camper is 100% paid in full we have tile in hand.

We have professionally upgraded the kitchen and bathroom faucets and installed shut off valves. The shower head has also been upgraded. We upgraded the tv in the living space, and kids bunk area to smart TVs, Bedroom area has wall mounted tv bracket but no tv mounted. We have upgraded the cabinet hinges to fully adjust. We have added led lighting in the outdoor kitchen area as well.

Some details: Living space has folding couch to bed. dinette table folds to bed with storage under seats, this area is a slide out, it has an electric fireplace heater, led lights around tv, radio with indoor and outdoor speaker control, separate kids bunk and dinette area with entertainment center and tv. master bedroom has tv bracket only. Has a pantry area for food storage. Outside awing has led lighting. There is outdoor access to front storage area, this is prewired for solar just need to add the panels. The stabilizers are electric, it has tv hookups outside as well as a hose hook up. It has central heating and air with 2 15 btw units. Unit is located in the main living room and the other is in the master bedroom area both with separate thermostats.

This camper is very nice and roomy the amenities fit a small or bigger family. It is also equipped for long term living.

We are also including a $900.00 anti sway bar towing kit as well.
