This 2022 Keystone Avalanche 390DS acted as our home for a family of four for a short time while we rebuilt after the Marshall Fire. We're now offering it to you and your family to make some great memories!

We believe this is by far the best family-friendly floorplan that Keystone has to offer.

The interior layout has a front bedroom with washer/dryer combo unit, king size bed, and attached 3/4" bathroom. The mid kitchen has a full-size residential refrigerator with icemaker, island sink, built-in microwave, and propane 3-burner range with oven. The kitchen has seating for 4 with a table with a built-in expandable leaf. Both the chairs and table have extra hidden storage in them. There is a large flat-screen TV across from a comfy double recliner theater-type seating area with built-in cup holders, heated seats, massage function, LED foot lights, and USB charging ports. In the rear is another bedroom with a queen bed and attached full bath with shower/tub combo for washing adults or little ones (we had the dealership install the tub). Above the entire rear bedroom/bathroom area is a gigantic loft with almost 3' of vertical room, enough to act as a bedroom for a young child. We upgraded the ladder to the loft to a sturdier, safer version.

There are 5 holding tanks: 2 for the front bathroom, 1 for the kitchen, and 2 for the rear bathroom. It has a standard 10 gallon propane/electric water heater that gets quite hot. We never ran out of hot water, and mostly used the electric element. The fresh water tank is quite large, and all have been upgraded with electric tank heaters to keep them from freezing. It has hydraulic leveling that connects to a smartphone app over bluetooth. It also has a 100W solar panel on the roof to keep the 12V battery charged up and running the inverter, which powers several outlets including the TV and refrigerator.

All of the windows have blackout shades and most have valances, and it can get very dark on the interior. The exterior has two power awnings.

We also upgraded the lock on the front door with an electronic keypad reader that also works with NFC tags/cards and a keyfob remote.

This RV was stationary for all of its use and we only put 3 miles on it moving it to and from our construction site. Now that we're built and moved in, it would serve as an excellent home base for another family. The rear bedroom can be converted to a larger area by removing the bed (that's where we kept the crib).

This unit would work perfectly in Los Angeles where it does not get below freezing in the winter. We have found no leaks even during the heaviest rainstorms.
