Selling my 2022 390DS. While this is a very nice camper and can be used as is immediately, but it does need a few things so price is reflected accordingly and not accepting lower.

It needs a good detail from being winterized all winter and I'm not there all that much, No leaks but slide seals are starting show their age, front screen has a rip in it (have material), small 4in cosmetic hairline crack near the front bedroom slide frame (do not have pictures as not near the camper currently, but its cosmetic gelcoat and common with RV's and boats, easy fix), previous owners replaced the small couch and deleted the dinette with a large couch, its useable but cheap and not in the best shape, most would want it replaced with a nice smaller couch and a dinette. Some dents and dings on the lower grey exterior from normal use on a 4 year old camper that went coast to coast a few times. Hydraulic leveling system works, however every now and then you need to disconnect batteries to reset it. (Known issue with this model on google). Price reflects all these issues plus some so I'm firm as its the lowest one in the country by far. Yes the fire place works great :)

I just purchased this last year as I wanted to use on my property in Lake George, NY as we suffered a house fire. I searched high and low for a nice 2 bedroom, 2 full baths with a loft unit and landed on this one. Ironically the property across the street came up for sale which I just purchased so no longer need this. I bought it from the second owner in VT and he delivered it and placed it on my property. Right before I purchased it had new upgraded springs, two new tires, brakes, water pump and had Affinity RV in Indiana go through everything. He kept the TV's and Mattresses so I purchased brand new queen mattresses which were only slept in a few times.
