Additional notes:
This is our first trailer. We were looking for one with plenty of light, including front and rear picture windows, a large enough dining area to have guests, and a separate bathroom area for convenience and privacy. We also wanted the bedroom area tucked away so visitors didn't feel they were walking into our bedroom, and an additional sleeping area if one were needed. This trailer met all our needs perfectly.

Every season, we've had it winterized and de-winterized professionally, then covered for storage.

- All maintenance is up to date, and records are available.
- Clear title in hand, ready for a quick and easy sale.
- This trailer is lightweight and easy to tow with many mid-size trucks and SUVs.
- We are looking for a slightly larger trailer so we can take the grandkids (and it will be another R-POD!).
