Notable features include ez lube axles, Goodyear tires with over ~.25" tread left, very efficient 12V refrigerator, 1 rack and pinion slide out !No gas or water plumbing to fail on the slide out!, one piece bulb and wiper seals on the slide out (separate bulb and wiper seals are more prone to leaking), 2 max air fans WITH hoods so they can be left open/running in the rain or going down the road, 200w solar panel, go power dual battery solar charger, 1000w inverter, battery cutoff switch, heating pads on tanks, microwave, 3 burner propane cooktop, propane furnace, propane/electric (or both) suburban water heater, 30k btu furnace, 2x20lb propane tanks, grill attachment with propane quick connect port.

Recent maintenance includes full detail and wax, re-caulk horizontal exterior seams as needed, 303 protectant on all vinyl and seals, replace hot water heater anode, roof treated with DICOR roof guard, lubed axles with marine grease.

Everything is in perfect working order. The 200ah lifepo batteries will power the 12v fridge for 3 days without sun and indefinitely with sun/solar. Only reason we're selling it is we upgraded to a Class A motorhome.
