The Black Series Trailer is designed in Australia for use in the Australian Outback. Its rugged suspension, 360 degree hitch and galvanized steel frame makes this a go anywhere trailer. I have been on some of the toughest jeep trails in the US and Baja California. 750 watts of Solar panels and 618 Amp hours of Lithium batteries ensures comfort when boon docking.
Upgrades: Over $20,000 in upgrades.
Propane/electric 6 Cu Ft. Fridge, replaced with 8cu ft. 12 vol. 2023. 2 fantastic fans in bathroom.
Kitchen stove and oven replaced in 2025. Gel Batteries replaced with 3 206 Amp hr. Lithium.
Electrical upgrades: 3,000 watt Victron Multiplus added in 2023. This inverter allows you to dial
Dial down how many amps you are pulling from a 20 amp outlet but still be able to run the AC as the batteries will assist. All AC outlets and appliances with the exception of the water heater are wired to the inverter. Soft Start in installed on the AC. All 12 volt wiring upgraded to heavier gauge wire. AC can be run off grid for approximately 3 hours, great to cool down while making lunch while traveling. Victron solar controller, 750 watts of solar Panels. Victron 30 amp DC to DC charger. All Victon components can be controlled from your phone, PW is 505555 12 volt outlet added to front storage compartment to run a portable freezer (not included)
Other upgrades: Drivers side awning added. Twin Nato spec Jerry Can holders in the back. With 1 diesel and 1 gasoline 5 gallon cans. Mchitch off road Hitch. Spice rack, paper towel holder. Trailer will come with dishware and culterly. Trailer accessories included sewer hose, 2 sets of Anderson blocks 1 for leveling the trailer and one for the rear tires of your truck. This allows you to level the trailer fore and aft when you dont want to unhook for the night. Spare 12 volt water pump. Insulation added to interiors of cabinets. Sewer hose with tank flushing attachment. Miscellaneous other camping items.
Repairs needed: Passenger side awning part # required awning arm 06196-01. 1 fantastic fan needs new circuit board. AC needs new bearings. Hot water heater needs new Pex fitting. Electric stairs broken on a jeep trail. They are a low point and am using a small step ladder. Window screens need to be replaced. Kitchen counter top laminate has been chipped on some edges.
