Must Sell. Used 2022 FOREST RIVER ROCKWOOD ULTRA LITE 2442BS for sale. I'm the original owner of this RV. I purchased it to live in. Now that I'm older I have fallen on the outside and inside steps so I think it's a good time to sell it. The only mileage on it is when it was delivered from Coldwater Michigan to Florida, about 1200 miles and 2 local moves, about 100 miles each. About a year ago the refrigerator stopped working so I purchased a residential refrigerator which is very nice. Recently the microwave started acting up so I will compensate for the cost of a new microwave. The theatre seating that came with it was very hard and uncomfortable so I replaced it with a fabric sofa. It has been covered since I purchased it with a complete sofa cover so its very clean and like new. I laid a carpet on top of the mat under the sofa that came with the RV so you can just lift it up if you'd like. I am currently putting up new window treatments in the living area and the bedroom. In the bedroom I replaced the queen size mattress with a full size since it's just me. I've enjoyed having the extra room on the sides and foot of the bed. The mattress has been covered in a mattress cover with a memory foam topper so it is also clean and like new. I've taken good care of the RV and it's in very good condition.
