RV Description
Class A motorhome with under 14,000 miles on it. Interior condition is good, there are some exterior issues (normal wear and tear with stickers, etc.) and a problem with the leveling system that the small local RV repair shop was unable to fix (they don't sell Thor, so weren't familiar I guess?). The outdoor kitchenette compartment door would need replaced/fixed, and there is no awning due to a storm and the model not being in stock when I had it last serviced. The back ladder is also gone, however I can include a telescoping ladder. There is a crack in bottom of windshield. Lastly, this week a fault appeared with the battery inverter, so that may need fixed. It does have a washer installed. Engine and mechanical systems in that regard are all good. Low mileage. Priced lower due to the issues stated. There is a bank lien, so paperwork could take a while. Would be happy to accept cash or have your bank pay my loan provider directly. I owe a bit more than the listing price, so I'd have to pay difference. Once paid, with bill of sale, can hand over possession and then provide title when it comes in mail or have lien holder send title directly to buyer.
