This Travel Trailer was garage kept; the original owner only used it 3 times. We purchased it like new. All original manufacturer and appliance paperwork was saved and included. A water hose, sewer hoses, and some other small items are included. We have taken care of it with some minor upgrades, like LED lighting in the exterior compartment, which is wired and activated by opening the door. We purchased LED lights for the awning, but never installed them - the set will be given with the trailer. The interior lights were all upgraded to LED as well. There was a full size mirror added in the bathroom. The speakers were upgraded to a premium brand indoors. It has indoor/outdoor speakers with Bluetooth through the trailer and a TV mount bracket. Air conditioner is in great working condition. The trailer hitch and weight distribution bars will also be sold with the trailer. The tires were replaced 1 year ago and used twice since so practically brand new, we lift the trailer on jacks during the winter. Never missed a winterization and always drained all the water. Always cleaned after use so the interior is like new. The exterior is in great condition, no scratches or dents - roof is in great condition as well being kept inside all but the 2-3 camping trips per year. The only small things to note are the interior screws in some places are starting to rust (this is due to Forest River quality screws, not stainless), and the bottom edge under the fridge from using the freezer and it melting after use. Reason for selling - we upgraded to a larger model as this was our starter trailer and now moving on to something bigger! Otherwise we love the trailer and would have kept it many more years. We also added limo tint to all windows for added privacy.
