RV Description

DYNAMAX SUPER C 37’ “bunkhouse” motor home. Excellent condition, maintained by the book or better (example: Cummins/Onan 8kw generator requires 200 hour maintenance interval between oil changes. I changed it every 100 hours).

NOTE: I keep the rv in covered storage about a 10 minute drive away from my home. If you would like a live Facetime walk-through we can do that!

1. Oldest tire is 3 years old with less than 2000 miles on any tire. Tires always covered, rolled regularly, kept clean and at 105psi when parked.

2. Interior is oyster ultra-leather. See pictures. Original interior an ugly brown.

3. Bilstein front shocks. Original shocks not much for upward dampening. The ride has to be felt to be believed.

4. Belly compartments have wood floors for additional strength. Enormous belly storage.

See pictures.

5. Satellite dish, factory installed, is a follow-me dish. Passengers can watch satellite tv while moving.

6. Whole-house water filter.

7. Sleeps 10, 8 adults and two toddlers. Over-cab bunk is massive, hide-a-bed under the couch, two

bunk beds, rv king bed in main bedroom. Dinette lowers for toddlers. See pictures

8. The original 2-person love seat was replaced by custom 6-drawer cabinet walnut

topped with white leather inlay. 6 drawers are each 33 deep. All drawers have 3 anchors

when closed so they don't open up while on the road. See pictures.

9. Dinette and kitchen countertops are synthetic marble. See pictures.

10. House-size refrigerator with icemaker. It makes a lot of ice overnight! See picture.

11. Cummins/Onan 8kw quiet diesel generator. It will run every circuit in the coach. At

maximum RPM (seldom required) it burns just over a gallon of diesel an hour. 820 hours on the generator.

12. 2 ducted roof air conditioner/heat pumps. They produce heat thru the ceiling ducts as

long as the outside temperature is above 45 degrees. 15,000 BTU air conditioners ducted

thru the same ceiling ducts. Run the forward air conditioner at nite thru the ceiling ducts and

keep the coach and rear bedroom quiet and cool! In the Texas summer, with both AC units running it is cold enough to hang meat in the coach!

13. 2 15,000 BTU floor ducted heaters, powered by propane, keep the rv and belly plumbing

compartment toasty. This rv endured 2 degree temperatures and nothing froze up. 30lb

propane tank drivers side, aft-most compartment.

14. Double-sized battery bank with AGM batteries. Inverter will run refrigerator, tv bedroom 120v outlets, etc.

15. All factory-original manuals.

16. Slide- outs both sides makes for lots of living area. See pictures.

17. Auto or manual 4-jack hydraulic leveling system.

18. Auto regen system. Never have to deal with exhaust regen.

19. 8.1 - 8.8 Mpg at 70mph on cruise control towing my 4200lb jeep or 3700 boat/motor/trailer. 80 gallon saddle tanks so fueling is done from each side separately.

20. Blue Ox towbar and Brake Buddy available separately. Used for 22 miles !

21. Cummins 6.7l turbo-charged 340hp engine with Allison automatic transmission. Anti-lock

brakes; gang switch to gang all batteries together for starting if a battery is dead.

You will not be disappointed in this rv! It is easy to drive, very maneuverable, lots of power and excellent visibility from the cab.

DON’T FORGET THE OPPORTUNITY OF A LIVE FACETIME WALK-THRU!
