We have owned this coach since new. This is a well-maintained coach, and all maintenance items have been done according to schedule. I have all the receipts. We have done many trips and love this coach. The reason we are selling is that our kids are now older and not able to travel with us, so we will be downsizing. This coach is ideal for a family of 4 travelling. There are spaces for 6 to sleep. The sleeper sofa is peeling but comes with a fitted cover. We didn't want to replace yet in case the new owner would like something different like reclining theater or split loveseat etc. Floor plan has Full bath and 1/2, Queen bed with memory foam topper, stacked washer and dryer, Convection/Microwave, 3 burner stove, residential stainless front refrigerator, LED Ceiling lighting with Dimmers, power patio awning with LED lighting and entrance door awning, Powered front MCD night shade, MCD shades throughout, full length solid surface kitchen countertop (large room beneath cabinets for a fill size coffee maker) and dining table, Winegard satellite dome, 4 TV's, Large slide out storage tray below, heated holding tanks, 3 camera monitoring system, built in navigation system, 4-point fully automatic Equalizer hydraulic levelers, frameless dual pane windows, water manifold system, Whole House water filtration system, power step well cover, Diamond Shield front mask protective film, 2 low profile A/C units (15k BTU and 13.5K BTU), front with heat pump, rear ladder, Rear Mud Flap, heated and remote exterior mirrors and a 2,000 Watt Magnum inverter with automatic generator start.

Great shape. Normal wear and tear (see pictures). Always been stored indoors 6 winter months of the year and the coach presents as so. Coach has a 340hp Cummins and 6-speed Allison transmission capable of towing 5000 lbs. Onan 6000 Quiet Diesel Generator.
