For Sale: Lance 2385 Travel Trailer - Used

Good condition

All season rated travel trailer

Freshly power washed and waxed November 8, 2025.

Carpets were steamed cleaned 6 months ago.

All couch cushion covers were removed and washed

The slide out is large and includes the dining area (which converts to a bed) and the rear bedroom are (which has a desk and sliding door to close it off from the dining area.

Stereo and tv work great.

Things I have repaired, replaced, or upgraded the following:
slide out assembly mechanism and motor ($2200)

kitchen faucet shower faucet

most of the interior plumbing lines (upgraded to pex & brass fittings)

power inverter

TV (one plus years old)

shut-off and drain valve for water heater

co2 alarm

all interior bulbs

many more items too small to list or I forgot


Things it could use:

new tires (current ones have good tread but are older)

tape sealant around rear skylight (has leaked twice but only in severe storm)

newer battery (current one works great but can be upgraded to lithium)

Comes with most of the brochures and instructions for appliances and features

The only reason I am selling is because I am changing back to a motorhome which works better for me. 


This is a pretty nice unit for the price especially for being an any season camper. The most expensive repair, the slide out assembly, has been replaced.

Comes with two propane tanks and sewer hose, but no other trailer accessories. For full price I may throw in some extras :)
