Hitch, Full Body Paint, Power Seat, Power Windows/Locks/Mirrors, Remote Keyless Entry, 2 Large Solar Panels w/Regulator, Satellite System, 32" LED TV, DVD/Home Theater, Outside Speakers, Rear Camera, Leveling Jacks, Padded Vinyl Headliner, Encased Power Awning, Onan 8,000 Diesel Generator, 50 Amp Service, Dual Ducted Roof AC's, Corian Counter, Micro/Convection Oven, 8 Cu. Ft. Refrigerator. All 6 tires installed 07/2021, No cracking or odd wear. The unit is not a stinky live-in but has some issues. The headliner shows signs of previous leaks. The clear coat is better than average but is starting to peel. Under the front bunk has been screwed into place. The cooktop is removed. The rear AC does not work. The rear camera powers up but does not work. The slide topper on the main slide is gone. 1/2 of the shower door is gone. The upholstery on the sofa is bad. The recliner is gone. There are scratches on the exterior. All items are photographed. It is not cost effective for us to do the work on a 2008 Model unit.
